Thai-talian Lasagna - Original Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

Jenny-O Marinated Orange Teriyaki Turkey Breast

(or just a plain one if that is all that is available)

1 pound of Angel Hair Pasta

A jar of Pad Thai Sauce

1/4 cup of Hoison Sauce

1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce

2 Grated Carrots

1/2 cup of chopped dry roasted peanuts

Cilantro to taste

8 oz of bean sprouts


Bake pre-marinated Jenny O spicy Orange Teriyaki Turkey breast en papillote style. (Google en papillote if you don't know what it is) or in a clay pot. Place 1 lb of cooked angel hair pasta in a caserole pan add Pad Thai sauce, hoison, teriyaki and stir into the pasta.









Top with shredded Turkey breast add cilantro, scallion, Shredded carrot, spicy peanuts And any other of your favorite ingredients. Bake at 350 for one hour covered with foil, let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.






Slice and serve like a piece of lasagna...Mangia!!
